QUALITY CONTROL POLICY

It is our purpose in this globalized market to strengthen as an International Company of Quality. To achieve this, we adopt the following principles, which make up the Quality Control Policy of the Company:

Ensure consistent quality of manufactured products, which comply with established standards and thus provide a safe and proper use, guaranteeing customers full satisfaction based on their requests and/or specifications.

Quality is not understood as the result of chance or isolated technical adjustments, but is implemented as a systematic process that encompasses all of the company’s departments and requires the participation of suppliers and is extended to customers.

The importance given to quality is manifested long before the final product is produced, and it includes:

* Commercial Management

* Purchasing

* Design and Process

* Installation

* After Sales Service

This Quality Control Policy can only be carried-out with the full support and participation of all members of PROJECTION ELECTROLUZ SRL who help maintain and evaluate the Quality Control System, by reporting problems, suggesting improvements, cooperating in audits and complying with established procedures. For this reason, our management team strives to provide the technical elements necessary for training and instruction, along with proper motivation.

Maintain the necessary standards, so that the products manufactured comply with legal guidelines relating to safety and the environment.

In this manner, the Organization is defined and registers its Quality Control Policy, and in order to achieve the above, it adopts:
"A System of Quality Management, based on IRAM standards - ISO 9001: 2008, ranging from: Design, Manufacture & Installation for Integrated Power Solutions.

With total conviction that this is the most appropriate way to achieve its purpose, the management of SRL ELECTROLUZ declares its commitment and responsibility in implementing this system.
